  • We currently deliver across India.

  • Some pin codes may not be serviceable. Customers will be notified at checkout if delivery is unavailable.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999 (or as mentioned during promotions).

  • Orders below the minimum amount may attract standard shipping charges (visible at checkout).


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery timeline: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Remote or rural areas may take longer.

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, natural calamities, or government restrictions.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.

6. Failed Delivery / Wrong Address
