We always want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
Return Request Time: Within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Eligible Reasons for Return:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or expired product received
Package was tampered with during delivery
Important Notes
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or partially used packets cannot be returned.
You must provide the order ID / invoice to process the return.
Refund/Replacement
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
